Building homes that
outlive the sale.
I'm Akhil Upasni, Founder & Director, Crown Infra. I started this company because I was tired of watching families spend their life's savings on land that was sold well but never truly planned. Crown Infra exists to change that — one community at a time.

It started with a
simple observation.
I did not come into real estate with a grand plan. I came in the way most people in Indore do — with land, paperwork, and a great deal to learn. I met hundreds of families looking for a home: teachers, shopkeepers, doctors, people working their whole lives for one piece of land.
And I kept noticing the same thing. The disappointment almost never came from the price — it came from what happened after the sale. Roads that were promised and never laid. Drainage that failed in the first monsoon. Open space that quietly became four more plots.
“People were not being sold bad land. They were being sold land nobody had bothered to plan.”
The turning point came when a family I had helped years earlier came back to me. They had bought elsewhere, and their colony had no proper approach road — their children walked through mud for four months of the year. Nothing was wrong on paper. The plot was legal, the price was fair. It had simply never been planned as a place where people would live.
So I built Crown Infra to do it in the right order — plan the community first, then sell the homes inside it.
More than another
builder in Indore.
Most land here is carved into the maximum number of plots, and everything that makes a place liveable is treated as an afterthought. We work the other way round — and these are the four rules we do not bend on.

The Crown City master plan — 18m and 12m wide roads, dedicated open spaces and plot sizing decided before a single plot was offered for sale.
Plan before you build
A development is decided on paper long before the first brick. Roads, light, drainage, open space — get the planning right and everything after it becomes easier.
Transparency is not a feature
Clear titles, RERA registration, honest pricing and no fine print. A family investing their life's savings deserves to know exactly what they are buying.
Build to last, not to sell
We would rather spend more on what is buried in the ground than on what looks good in a brochure. The specifications you cannot see matter most.
The handover is the beginning
Our relationship with a family does not end at possession. A community is judged ten years later, and that is the timeline we hold ourselves to.
From a single plot to
1,200+ families.

The first step
Entered Indore's real estate market with small land and plotting work, learning the business from the ground up — surveys, approvals, and buyers' real concerns.
Crown Infra takes shape
Formalised the vision into a development company built on a single rule — plan the community first, sell it second.
Crown City
Our flagship township: wide roads, green belts and everyday convenience planned before a single plot was offered for sale.
1,200+ families and counting
Crown Pearl and Shri Ramchandra Vatika in progress, and a team focused on communities Indore will still be proud of decades from now.

“A building is finished the day we hand over the keys. A community is finished twenty years later, when the trees have grown and the children who played on those roads have grown with them. That is the timeline I ask my team to build for — not the launch, not the sale.”
If you are looking for a home you won't regret in ten years, come and see how we plan a community before we sell it. Visit a site, ask the difficult questions, and judge for yourself.
